PerfectTablePlan Support

Before you contact us please check that your question isn't answered in the FAQ pages or the extensive documentation that comes with PerfectTablePlan (select Help>Context sensitive in the main menu or press the F1 key).

If you can't find the answer there please email us on support@perfecttableplan.com. We will respond as quickly as we can.

Reporting bugs

We take every effort to deliver high quality software. However, the sheer complexity of software and the number of platforms and configurations we have to support means that we can't guarantee our software is completely bug free. Please report any bugs you find to support@perfecttableplan.com - we can only fix bugs we know about. Please include:

  • A detailed description of the problem
  • Your operating system (e.g. Windows 11 or macOS 13.0)
  • The version of PerfectTablePlan (on Windows: Help>About, on Mac: PerfectTablePlan>About PerfectTablePlan)
  • A step-by-step description of how we can reproduce the problem
  • A screen capture (where appropriate)
  • Your plan file (where appropriate)

The step-by-step description is particularly important. If we can't reproduce your problem, then we probably won't be able to fix it.

A screen capture can be very useful when attached to a bug report email (a picture is worth a thousand words). See our instructions on how to create a screen capture.
