PerfectTablePlan stores your plan data locally on your computer. It never sends us this plan data, unless you chose the export to web feature (see 'Website upload' below). If you email us your plan data, we may store it securely for testing purposes (unless you ask us not to).
We may store customer plans sent to us and excepts from customer emails in our support database, to help us track bugs and feature requests, unless you ask us not to. Our support database is hosted by axosoft.com.
We use Google Analytics cookies to track visits to our website, to help us monitor and improve the website. This only provides us with aggregate data. We cannot identify individuals from this data.
We use Google Adwords and Bing Adcenter conversion tracking cookies so that we can monitor the success of our pay per click advertising. This only provides us with aggregate data. We cannot identify individuals from this data.

You can optionally upload a version of your table plan from PerfectTablePlan to webexport.perfecttableplan.com. This will include guest names and seating assignments and (optionally) guest notes, special requirements and VIP status. This information is accessible to anyone who knows (or can guess) the generated web address (URL). We don't recommend you use this service if you consider your plans to be confidential. The data will be deleted from our server after 30 days.
If you purchase a licence via our website the payment will be taken by Verifone/2Checkout (formerly Avangate). They will pass some of your information on to us, such as your IP address, name, email address and postal address. We retain this information so that we can:

We store your encrypted email address, license key and details of the licence (type, version number and edition) in our online key retrieval database. Your license key can only be sent to the registered email address.
