What forms of payment do you accept?
Our payment processor, 2Checkout, accepts all major credit cards, PayPal and various local payment methods.
Can you send me a quote?
Yes. Please let us know which edition(s) of PerfectTablePlan you want to be quoted for and the number of end-users there will be.
Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?
It is a one-time payment, for a perpetual licence.
Is sales tax/VAT included?
The full price, with sales tax/VAT, will be calculated when you click the SECURE CHECKOUT button.
I have a VAT ID, do I have to pay VAT?
Our payment processor is based in the Netherlands. If you have an EU VAT ID and are not in the Netherlands, you should be able to enter your VAT ID in the shopping cart and not have to pay the VAT, under EU reverse charge.
My organization is tax exempt, can I claim the tax back?
Yes. Once you have finished making your payment through 2Checkout, email pay@2checkout.com requesting a tax refund, with the following information:
Normally the tax will be refunded within a few days.
Can we be invoiced?
If online payment is not an option, we may be able to invoice you.
Contact us for details. Note that late payment will mean no future credit.
How do I get a receipt?
Email us after you purchase, and request a sales receipt.
Do you have a W9/W8BENE form?
We have no physical presence in the United States, so the W9 form doesn't apply to us. But we do have a W8BENE form, which is available on request.
Will you sign our contract or agree to our special terms?
Probably not. Our end user licence agreement is not negotiable, and you will have to accept it to install the software. PerfectTablePlan is inexpensive 'off-the-shelf' software and it is not practical or economical for us to agree separate terms for individual customers.
