The table plan is an important part of any Livery Company event. But creating a table plan can be time-consuming if you don’t have the right tool for the job. Using scraps of paper or cutting and pasting in Excel is time-consuming and error prone.

When organising events of any size, I collate all the names, positions, dietary requirements on an excel spreadsheet for ease of accounts. This can then be imported into PerfectTablePlan, where I create the table layout and allocate seating. Details the caterers need, ie dietary requirements and where people are sitting is easily produced and can be sent via email on pdf. Menu labels, place cards, and individual seating plans are just a few of the options, together with scan/bar coding for larger events, multi-room options and company logo on all stationery.
