Payment troubleshooting

We process payments through a third party payment processor, Avangate.

If you are having problems buying please try the following:

  • make sure Javascript is enabled in your browser (you can disable it again after payment); and
  • make sure cookies are enabled in your browser (you can disable them again after payment)

If you don't know what 'Javascript' and 'cookies' mean then the settings are probably fine. ;0)

If you are still unable to place an order please email sales@perfecttableplan.com and describe the problem (e.g. what you tried and any error messages). We will get back to you as soon as we can. Sometimes payment processors reject legitimate credit cards for no apparent reason and, on rare occasions, their servers are down. If necessary we can advise you of alternative payment methods.
