In order to use this software fully you will need to buy a valid licence key. Without a licence key you can only save, export or print plans with 30 or fewer guests.
There are 3 different PerfectTablePlan products: Home, Advanced and Professional.
The standard PerfectTablePlan licence is per person. Each person using the full capabilities of the software must purchase their own licence key. However they may use this key on multiple computers, for example they may use the same licence key on desktop and laptop computers, at home and at work. We make a special exception for couples planning a wedding, who may share a licence key. This licence key is not transferrable to another person.
It is also possible to buy a licence for your organization.
A licence key lasts indefinitely, i.e. for as many events as you want, unless you have been informed otherwise.
We provide free email support. We endeavour to reply by the same time next time the next working day, but often respond within a few hours.
A version x licence key is valid for all version x releases of the software. For example a version 4 licence key will work for versions 4.0.1 and 4.1.0 of the software. If we make a new major release within 3 months of your purchase we will upgrade your licence key to the next major versions for free. If we make a new major release more than 3 months after your purchase you will be able to upgrade for a small fee.
The same licence key works for download and CD, Windows and Macintosh versions of the software.
