Spreadsheets and CSV files can be supplied with guest data organized into columns in a multitude of different ways. Below we give examples of some of the more common formats and how to deal with them.

A single guest name per row in a single column

If you have commas, the word "and" or other things that might be interpreted as there being more than one name in a column, then you should click on the mac_reveal button and check single guest per row.

If you want to import multiple guests per group you should add a group column.

A single guest name per row in multiple columns
