Import non-English characters

If your guest data contains non-ASCII characters (e.g. Chinese or Russian characters) you need to save it in a form that supports Unicode (UTF-8 or UTF-16) characters. E.g. save it from Excel as Unicode Text rather than CSV (Comma delimited). PerfectTablePlan should then be able to import it.
