How do I? > Guests > Handle post-nominal titles

Most titles come before the name, e.g. Dr, Herr, Colonel etc. These are handled by the Title field in the Guest Properties window.

However some titles come after the name, e.g. PhD or MBE (post-nominals). These are best handled by adding them individually to the Suffix field in the Guest Properties window. For example you might have:

Field	Example
Title	Sir
First name(s)	John
Last name(s)	Smith
Suffix	PhD
Display name	Sir John Smith PhD

You can add a list of standard suffixes to the Suffixes tab of the Preferences window. These suffixes will then be available on the Suffix drop-down list in every plan. PerfectTablePlan will also be able to recognize them as suffixes during import.
