PerfectTablePlan v4.0.3 released

We released PerfectTablePlan v4.0.3 today. It contains 13 bug fixes to v4.0.2. There are no new features. We don't consider any of the bugs to be serious, but some of them could be quite annoying in some circumstances. To find out more details and download the new version go to the v4.0.3 page. As always, please let us know of any problems.

In the meantime we continue to work hard on new features for PerfectTablePlan v4.1. 

Large floor plans

Nacho Ossorio from Hotel Gloria Palace Amadores sent us some impressive floor plans created with PerfectTablePlan. Click on the images below to see a larger version.

Have you got a large or aesthetically appealing floor plan? Send it to us before the end of January and you might win a free licence and CD.

Print your plan/chart to poster size

We have partnerships with digital printing companies in both the USA and UK. You can send them PDFs of floor plans, table charts or guest charts exported from PerfectTablePlan. They will then print them to poster size and mail them back to you in a sturdy tube. The quality is excellent and the cost is very reasonable. Both companies will also ship to other countries. Place card stationery

We have found suppliers of sheets of press-out place cards in both the USA and UK. You can feed this stationery through your A4/Letter inkjet or laser printer and then press out the individual place cards. We have also provided some place card templates for each stationery size that you can load straight into the PerfectTablePlan Stationery pane. Click here for more details.

PerfectTablePlan price reductions

We have reduced our US Dollar and Euro prices in line with the weakening exchange rate of the British Pound.  We have also removed pricing in Australian and Canadian Dollars to simplify our purchasing pages (with apologies to all Australians and Canadians).

We may raise prices again depending on exchange rates and other factors. So now might be a good time to buy additional licences or buy an upgrade to v4!
