You can record guest special requirements, such as food allergies or mobility restrictions, in the Special Req. field of the 
Guest properties window. You can either select an existing special requirement from the drop-down list or type a new special requirement.
The drop-down list is created automatically from all the special requirements in the current plan and you cannot edit it directly.
Special requirements can be displayed in the 
Floor Plan, 
Table Plan, 
Table Chart, 
Guest Chart, 
Stationery and 
Report panes.
