Spreadsheets and CSV files can be supplied with guest data organized into columns in a multitude of different ways. Below we give examples of some of the more common formats and how to deal with them. We recommend setting up common titles and suffixes in the Preferences window before importing.
If you have commas, the word "and" or other things that might be interpreted as there being more than one name in a column, then you should click on the button and check single guest per cell.
If you want to import multiple guests per group you should add a group column.

Various naming formats are handled, including:
Mr & Mrs John Smith
John Smith, Jane Smith
John and Jane Smith
Mr John Smith + 1
The guests will all be placed into a single group.
