Importing guests from text and CSV files

Many types of applications can export data as text files, for example Excel™ can export CSV (comma separated value) files. PerfectTablePlan can import guest and group information from these files.

To import a text/CSV file either:

•	drag the file onto the Guests pane or Groups pane; or

•	select File>Import, choose Excel/CSV/text file, click OK and select a file to import
