PerfectTablePlan can import guest and group information directly from Excel™ .xls/.xlsx files on Windows.

To import an Excel file either:

•drag the file onto the Guests pane or Groups pane; or

•select File>Import, choose Excel/CSV/text file, click OK and select a .xls/.xlsx file to import
