Many types of applications can export data as text files, for example Excel and Numbers can export CSV (comma separated value) files. PerfectTablePlan can import guest and group information from these files.

To import a text/CSV file either:

•drag the file onto the Guests pane or Groups pane; or

•select File>Import, choose CSV/text file, click OK and select a file to import
