Most titles come before the name, e.g. Dr, Herr, Colonel etc. These are handled by the Title field in the 
Guest Properties window. You can configure the titles available by default in the 
Preferences window.
However some titles come after the name, e.g. PhD or MBE (post-nominals). These are best handled by adding them individually to the Suffix field in the Guest Properties window. For example you might have:
