Some sample stationery templates (both A4 and letter sized) are installed with PerfectTablePlan. To load a sample click on the Load stationery button at the top of the Stationery pane.
The samples are installed into different locations on different operating system. On Mac OS X you may have dragged them from the disk image file to your Documents folder.
