Buying a new licence key: We will automatically email you a temporary licence key as soon as you complete payment. We will then check your order and send you a permanent key before the temporary key expires. A licence key is a unique sequence of numbers that activates the full capabilities of the software. If you have already downloaded and installed the trial version of PerfectTablePlan you won’t need to re-start or re-install PerfectTablePlan and you won’t lose any work - just add the licence key to activate the full functionality of the software already installed. The email contains full instructions.

Upgrading an existing licence key: You must have a valid version 1,2 or 3 licence key to get the upgrade discount. After your purchase we will need to verify your entitlement to an upgrade. Please email us your current licence key. It may take up to 1 working day to receive your upgrade licence key. Upgrades will be issued with the same licencee name

Buying a CD+licence key: This is identical to buying a licence key, but in additional we will also mail you a CD before the end of the next working day (unless advised otherwise). CDs are sent within the UK by first class post and should arrive in 1-3 days. CDs are sent outside the UK by Airmail Small Packet and should arrive within 3-10 days. If you don’t want to wait for the CD you can use the licence key you have been emailed to activate a downloaded copy of the software.

Licensing: The standard licence is per person for an unlimited time and an unlimited number of events. A single person can use their licence key on as many machines as they like, both Windows and/or Macintosh. However you require a separate licence key for each user. We make an exception for couples planning a wedding, who may share a licence key. You can also purchase organizational an licence. See licensing for more details.
