Sometimes payment processors reject legitimate credit cards for no apparent reason and, on rare occasions, their servers are down. If you are having problems with one payment method try another payment method.
If you are still having problems please try the following:
- make sure Javascript is enabled in your browser (you can disable it again after payment); and
- make sure cookies are enabled in your browser (you can disable them again after payment)
If you don’t know what ‘Javascript’ and ‘cookies’ mean then the settings are probably fine. ;0)
You may see a www.e-junkie.com address appear briefly in your browser when you click a ‘Buy Now’ button. This is completely normal (we use e-junkie to integrate with our payment processors).
If you still unable to place an order please email us and describe the problem (e.g. what you tried and any error messages). We will get back to you as soon as we can.
