Guests pane

Groups pane;

select File|
Import,
choose
text/CSV file, click OK
and select a file to import
Many types of application can export data as text files, for example Excel can export CSV (comma separated value) files. PerfectTablePlan can import guest and group information from these files.
To import a text/CSV file either:
drag the file onto the Guests pane
or Groups pane;
or
select File|Import,
choose
text/CSV file, click OK
and select a file to import
